Soccer Party!

Isn't he adorable!! It's impossible not to love that face! So when it came time to celebrate his 1st Birthday I was beyond excited when his mommy asked for my help in the planning.  I have been taking little man Noah's picture since he was a brand new baby and have enjoyed every second of it.  It has been so fun watching him change and grow.  I can't wait to see what his second year brings!

Here are some of my favorite pics from his first year.

 See what I mean...ADORABLE!!!

Now lets get to the party details.  When trying to help figure out a theme for his 1st Birthday I had tons of fun, as a mom of two girls helping plan a baby BOY party was super exciting.  Noah's daddy is a big Seattle Sounders fan so the plan was made to have a Soccer party.

To set the tone for the party a fun invitation was needed.  I found a great one on Etsy.com.

We went with the Sounders colors of blue and green and everything just fell into place from there.
We used photos from a shoot we did a few weeks earlier to make a couple signs for the party.

Noah's Mom made the chocolate soccer ball pops for party favors. They were YUMMY!

My gift to the birthday boy was to make a bunch of the crafts for his party.
I made the "Happy Birthday Banner" with the help from my wonderful Cricut machine.

The soccer ball cupcake toppers were super easy!

I used a free printable of soccer balls I found on Pinterest, of course.

We did a banner of pictures from all 12 months.

Pictures of the birthday boy were used around the room as decorations.

We gave all the food and drinks fun soccer themed names.

I think everything turned out great! And it was all super simple and didn't cost a ton either.

The smash cake was so cute, and perfect for the theme! Noah had fun getting into it!

My great friend Jennifer, aka-Noah's Mom, indulged my photography obsession and allowed me to take photos at the party.  All the pics in this post were taken by me.

It was a great party.  I LOVE LOVE this family and can't wait to celebrate many more birthdays with them!
